Qué datos y para qué
Tu correo electrónico (y el idioma que elijas), para avisarte del estreno de la Temporada 1 y de novedades importantes de Esferia, y para darte la recompensa Pionero cuando crees tu cuenta con ese correo.
Por qué podemos tratarlos
Porque nos das tu consentimiento al apuntarte. Puedes retirarlo cuando quieras con el enlace de baja que va en cada correo o escribiéndonos.
Quién más los ve
La lista se gestiona con Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Francia), que envía los correos por nuestra cuenta y guarda los datos en servidores de la Unión Europea. No vendemos ni cedemos tus datos a nadie.
Cuánto tiempo
Hasta que te des de baja o hasta que Esferia deje de existir, lo que ocurra antes.
Tus derechos
Puedes pedir ver, corregir o borrar tus datos, oponerte a su uso o llevártelos, escribiendo a info@esferia.es. Si crees que no los tratamos bien, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Cookies y visitas
Esta web no usa cookies. Para saber cuántas visitas recibe y desde dónde llegan usa GoatCounter, que cuenta las visitas sin cookies y sin guardar datos que te identifiquen. En tu navegador solo se guarda el idioma que eliges. La web está alojada en Netlify, que, como cualquier servidor, registra datos técnicos de las visitas (como la dirección IP) para funcionar y por seguridad.

What data and why
Your email address (and the language you choose), to tell you about the Season 1 launch and important Esferia news, and to give you the Pioneer reward when you create your account with that email.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.
Who else sees it
The list is managed with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which sends the emails on our behalf and stores the data on servers in the European Union. We never sell or share your data.
How long
Until you unsubscribe or until Esferia shuts down, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or take it with you, by writing to info@esferia.es. If you think we're not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies and visits
This site uses no cookies. To know how many visits it gets and where they come from, it uses GoatCounter, which counts visits without cookies and without storing data that identifies you. Your browser only keeps the language you choose. The site is hosted on Netlify which, like any server, logs technical visit data (such as your IP address) to run and for security.
